Town to Host National Weather Service Advanced Storm Spotter Talk

The US National Weather Service Cheyenne Wyoming and the Town of Lingle will be hosting an Advanced Storm Spotter class at the Lingle Community Center, 233 Main Street, on Tuesday, April 14, at 6:30 p.m. This class provides participants with an understanding of the parameters meteorologists use to determine the potential for severe weather, basic radar interpretation, and meteorology. Participants are encouraged to attend a Basic Spotter Class prior to attending this course, though it is not required. Best of all, the course is free to attend! Learn valuable knowledge and skills to enhance our community’s readiness as a Weather Ready-Nation!
