The Lingle Community Center was built in 2019 and has served the community as a gathering place for friends, families, and community organizations to host events, business meetings, and celebrations. The Community Center was offered as an emergency shelter during the canal breach in July of 2022 and is host to Lingle Town Council meetings.

The Lingle Community Center, located on downtown Main Street, boasts a large, spacious, modern open area for hosting gatherings and events of all kinds. The Community Center is entirely handicap-accessible and has two restrooms, complete with changing stations for infants.

The Community Center also has a commercial-class state-of-the-art kitchen with a six-burner stove, two ovens, a large griddle, a vent hood, a refrigerator, three large sink basins, and plenty of counter space and cupboards. The kitchen also hosts numerous plug-ins for all of your appliance needs.

For businessmen and businesswomen, the meeting room offers a space to host those critical business meetings.
